Scott Steedman先生于2012年1月加入BSI集团并在同年10月被任命为董事会成员。他拥有工程师学科背景，并从剑桥大学开启职业生涯，随后转向建筑环境领域从事了近20年的咨询师工作。他自2009年至2015年担任伦敦港务局的非独立董事会成员，2013年至2017年在欧洲标准化委员（CEN）会担任副主席职位（政策）以及于2017年至2021年在国际化标准委员会（ISO）任职。

Pietro Foschi负责BSI认证服务，包括190多个国家的管理体系认证，产品认证和全球培训业务。 他于2014年加入BSI担任战略交付总监，负责BSI的战略计划和全球系统认证和培训流程的开发。 此前，Pietro在Bureau Veritas工作了14年，担任高级战略和国际运营职位。 在此之前，他曾在Oliver Wyman工作，以及再之前的Mercer Management Consulting，并是其巴黎办事处的合伙人。

Manuela was appointed in July 2018, having joined BSI in April 2017 to head up its healthcare sector strategy as Managing Director of Healthcare. Manuela has over twenty years of leadership experience in the global life sciences sector including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotech, and other related fields. Her extensive experience includes positions as Managing Director, NovaPrep and Lab Services at Novacyt; Group Commercial Director, Johnson Matthey/Macfarlan Smith; and Director positions at Johnson & Johnson/Janssen and Boehringer Ingelheim. Manuela worked internationally in cancer research prior to her corporate career.

Harold was appointed in February 2019, having been leading P&Ls and growth initiatives across various geographies and business units for the previous two decades, at country and regional levels. Harold started his career in sales and marketing with GE Healthcare, before joining International SOS where he undertook a variety of senior leadership roles, including Regional Managing Director for Asia. Harold brings deep experience of the Asia Pacific region alongside his sales, marketing and commercial leadership expertise.
