Delegates should have completed the Organizational Change Practitioner Training Course. It will also be useful for delegates to have an awareness of relevant standards before attending the course.
Delegate assessment
For this Organizational Change Leader Training Course, the assessment is online, open book, 20 questions per multiple choice exam. Duration 40 mins. Pass mark: 70%. Delegates have 30 days from the end of the course to take the exam. 2 attempts are allowed (the initial exam + 1 free re-sit).
