BSI is proudly supporting WRAP’s Guardian’s of Grub campaign to reduce food waste in line with UN Sustainable Development Goals.

The BSI Catering Scheme

Designed specifically for catering organizations, the purpose of the BSI Catering Scheme is to meet the food safety needs of the food services industry, including restauants operated by prive and public sector providers. Based on a variety of standards including the ISO 22000 food safety management system, the BSI Catering certification scheme can be adapted to suit local food safety regulations, and its catering focus eliminates the often challenging and inapplicable requirements of broader standards that apply to food manufacturers and processors.
