The auditing process, open to EDANA members and non-members alike, is available to converters and suppliers in Europe, the Americas, and the Asia Pacific region.

Account & connect portal activation

Access to the client portal initiated.

BSI Connect Portal is a self-service platform that gives users greater visibility and control over their audit and testing information. Only authorized individuals can access audit results.

Audit planning

The supplier is contacted by the audit planning team.

Audit delivery

The audit is executed by BSI.

As auditors and creators of some of the most well-known standards globally, BSI's knowledge in standards, training, testing, assessment, and certification helps promote business resilience, build an innovation mindset, and increase brand value.

BSI achieves this with the QAP programme by:

  • Carrying out objective audits and maintaining confidentiality throughout
  • Hosting the BSI Connect Portal to safely share all audit and testing data, information, and results
  • Guaranteeing only those authorized can access audit results
  • Handling the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) in a transparent way

Technical review

Draft audit report undergoes technical review and quality check.

Report submission

Completed audit report shared on the BSI Connect Portal.

CAP management

Corrective Action Plan and NCs submitted through the Portal, if necessary.
