Using a step-by-step approach, you will be guided through the audit process, from initiation to follow-up. Over the course of 5 days, you will acquire the knowledge and skills you need to successfully undertake and lead a management systems audit.
Learn how to describe the objective of an ISO9001:2015 QMS audit and meet the requirements for third-party certification. You will acquire the skills needed to plan, conduct, report and follow up a QMS audit that establishes compliance and improves the overall performance of the organization.
