Lean Six Sigma is an organizational approach to continual improvement which focuses on removing activities from processes that add no value whilst minimizing the variability of key process outcomes.

The Lean Six Sigma Foundation Green Belt continual improvement training course will provide you with the skills to be able to use continual improvement techniques to enhance levels of quality and efficiency within your organization. You will learn how to apply the DMAIC approach, the methodology behind Lean Six Sigma.

The course has been designed for anyone who anyone who wants to make step change improvements in quality and efficiency and is an excellent starting point on the pathway towards becoming an ISO 18404 Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Practitioner.

Having undertaken this interactive and highly practical three day course our expert tutors will ensure that you feel confident that you apply the knowledge and implement continual improvement techniques as soon as you step back
inside your organization.

- You’ve already attended our White and Yellow Belt courses (or equivalent) which are a pre-requisite for attendance at this course
- You need to apply effective and structured continual improvement techniques and methodologies to improve quality and efficiency
- You’re part of an organization adopting Lean Six Sigma as its chosen improvement methodology and are leading or working in an
  improvement team
- You’re involved in implementing a quality management system such as ISO 9001 and want to gain knowledge on improvement
  techniques
- Questionnaire to assess the knowledge at the end of the training
- Customer survey

- Introduction to the training, detailed program and security assignments
- Course presentation, theory and activities/roles plays

* These training modules are eligible to the subsidizing by the public institutions in France (OPCO).

**Each delegate receives a training convention after enrollment.
