Susan a dirigé une gamme d'activités d'information, d'édition et de logiciels, d'abord chez Reuters, puis chez Thomson Reuters. Plus récemment, elle a été présidente de Global Legal Business, basée à New York, où elle a dirigé la transformation de son service d'information en ligne en une suite d'offres numériques et SaaS activées par l'IA. Elle a une expérience du secteur de la consommation, des loisirs et de l'hôtellerie, en tant que directrice non exécutive indépendante de Whitbread plc depuis 2012 et est une ancienne présidente du London Council de la Confédération de l'industrie britannique.

Scott joined in January 2012 and was appointed to the Board in October 2012.  An engineer by profession, he started his career as a Fellow and Lecturer at the University of Cambridge before moving to industry where he spent over 20 years as a consultant working in the Built Environment sector. He was a Non-Executive Board Member of the Port of London Authority from 2009 to 2015 and served as Vice-President (Policy) for the European Committee for Standardization (CEN) from 2013 to 2017 and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) from 2017 to 2021.

Pietro est responsable de la mise en place du plan stratégique sur trois ans de BSI, et du développement de l’activité Certification des Systèmes de Management. Avant de rejoindre BSI en septembre 2014, Pietro a passé quatorze ans chez Bureau Veritas dans des rôles stratégiques et opérationnels à dimensions internationales. Auparavant, il a travaillé chez Mercer Management Consulting, en tant que partenaire de la filiale à Paris.

Manuela was appointed in July 2018, having joined BSI in April 2017 to head up its healthcare sector strategy as Managing Director of Healthcare. Manuela has over twenty years of leadership experience in the global life sciences sector including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotech, and other related fields. Her extensive experience includes positions as Managing Director, NovaPrep and Lab Services at Novacyt; Group Commercial Director, Johnson Matthey/Macfarlan Smith; and Director positions at Johnson & Johnson/Janssen and Boehringer Ingelheim. Manuela worked internationally in cancer research prior to her corporate career.

Harold was appointed in February 2019, having been leading P&Ls and growth initiatives across various geographies and business units for the previous two decades, at country and regional levels. Harold started his career in sales and marketing with GE Healthcare, before joining International SOS where he undertook a variety of senior leadership roles, including Regional Managing Director for Asia. Harold brings deep experience of the Asia Pacific region alongside his sales, marketing and commercial leadership expertise.
