All certified FSSC 22000 organizations shall be audited against version 5 between 1 January and 31 December 2020. This course will assist and provide you with the information needed to carry out an effective transition to the new requirements whilst giving you a thorough understanding of the changes to the standard.

You’ll have the knowledge to:
- Provide an overview of FSSC 22000 v6 and the changes to the scheme
- Explain the purpose and use of Annex SL Appendix 2 and the framework for the new ISO HLS
- Identify new and revised terms and definitions applicable to ISO 22000:2018 and FSSC 22000 v6
- Recognize a typical framework for implementing an FSMS following the double PDCA cycle
- Interpret key concepts and requirements of FSSC 22000 from an implementation perspective
- Describe the FSSC Certification process and changes
You’ll have the skills to:
- Use gap analysis to conduct a baseline review of your current system
- Identify the changes and additions needed to your existing systems
Those involved in the planning, implementing or supervising of an FSSC 22000 version 6 transition.

Prerequisites:
You should have a good knowledge of ISO 22000:2005 and FSSC 22000 v4.1, its terms and definitions, and the key principles of an FSMS.
This training course is HRDF approved under the SBL scheme.

On completion, you will be awarded an internationally recognized BSI Training Academy certificate.
