Cranfield University Organizational Resilience Research

In partnership with Cranfield School of Management, BSI has published a new business report which not only distils 50 years of thinking on Organizational Resilience, it also offers today’s business leaders a clear framework to help them manage risk and adapt for future business success.

This new way of thinking sets out to adopt good practice across a business. The framework contains an approach to manage the tensions between control, action, performance and innovation, which is required if organizations are to be truly resilient, and this requires paradoxical thinking.
