Please note Understanding the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 is a pre-requisite for this course.
This half-day workshop will enable you to identify externally provided processes, products and services and guide you to select appropriate evaluation methods and controls.
On completion of the course, you will be able to apply knowledge to establish criteria to evaluate, select, monitor and re-evaluate providers of processes, products and services. You will also be able to identify the potential impact of externally provided processes, products and services to determine the extent of the controls required.
