This training will equip participants with comprehensive understanding of Lean initiatives. Participants would be able to address Lean issues and opportunities at the corporate and operational levels. In addition, participants would be able to make recommendations to top management on the direction and vision of the Lean initiatives.

- Lead in identifying and prioritizing key improvement opportunities and obstacles

Senior Managers, Managers, Engineers, operational professionals and personnel responsible for operational capacities, flexibility and responsiveness to meet demand.
What will I learn?
Upon completion of the programme, participants would be able to:
- Explain Lean principles and techniques
- Follow the techniques of each Lean tool (in the syllabus) and apply them in initiating, leading and managing improvement projects
- Recite the respective lean tools in detail (objective, purpose and application)
What's included?
On completion of Lean Master Training, with a minimum attendance of 90% per flight, you will receive an internationally recognized BSI certificate of attendance.
Lean Master certification requirements (Certified Lean Master)
- Completion of training with a minimum attendance of 90% per Flight
- Pass all the exams (three flights), and all Case Study assessments (Flight 2 & 3)
- Completion of 1 Lean project within 24 months after course completion.
- Project reports submitted to and approved by BSI trainer
- Projects savings/benefits achieved must total more than RM30,000 per annum
- Project savings/benefits achieved to be validated by the participant’s organisation
Participants must be involved and contribute (analysis and implementation) to the Lean Project either as team leader or team member.
