As of 7th April 2020, all BSI courses will be delivered virtually until further notice. Find out more on Connected Learning Live.

This one day training course is based on the AIAG Measurement System Analysis (MSA) Reference Manual and will provide you with a good understanding of measurement system concepts.

The quality of data, and the measurement system that produces that data, is utmost important in any organization that focuses on a fact-based decision making process.

Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (GR&R) is one of the components in Measurement System Analysis to assess precision of the measurement system. In other words, the ability to assess and analyse the capability of a measurement system to produce quality data is the pre-requisite to any data analysis initiative.

Who will benefit

  • Understand how to perform and evaluate variable GR&R study by using range, and average & range methodologies
  • Be able to carry out and evaluate the attribute GR&R study by using attribute GR&R methodologies
  • The materials presented in this training are aligned with the AIAG’s MSA Manual, 4th edition
