BSI is delighted to be hosting the International Electrotechnical Commission’s (IEC) General Meeting in Edinburgh from 21-25 October 2024.
The IEC is the world’s leading organization for the development of international standards relating to electrotechnology.
1,500 industry experts will travel to the UK for the general meeting (GM), attending a series of technical committee and governance meetings where best practice and future planning will be discussed and decided.
With the focus 'towards an all-electric and connected society', BSI will use this important event to promote electrotechnical standards and raise awareness of standards through a series of sponsored engagement events taking place in the 12 months leading up to the GM.
