Transfer your certification to BSI

There are many great reasons to transfer your certification or certificate to BSI. From our experienced fleet of auditors, our Royal Charter status, and we make the process as easy and straightforward as possible for you.

It's simple to switch your certification to BSI:

1. Get in touch. We'll discuss your current certification, assessment plan and transfer requirements. You'll be asked to supply copies of certificates and audit reports relating to your last re-certification.
2. Have your audit. We'll arrange an on-site audit with one of our expert client managers as part of the transfer process.
3. Get your certificate. We'll issue your new BSI certificate after a successful assessment and technical review.

How long does it take?

The actual on-site assessment is one day long and then following a positive recommendation we'll issue you with a BSI certificate. This usually takes between 4 – 6 weeks.

Can I transfer over if my certification has expired?

If your certificate has lapsed then you won't be able to have a transfer assessment. However, we'll help you get back on track by with a certification audits. Just call our team on +44 345 080 9000 and we'll help guide you through. 

What's the process?

Once you've signed up to transfer to BSI, one of our expert Client Managers will come and undertake a one-day onsite assessment where they'll review your existing documentation. Following a positive recommendation, you’ll be issued your new BSI certificate.
