This course shall also prepare you for the ISO 18404, ASQ, and IASSC certifications at the Six Sigma Green Belt level, should you desire to pursue such.

Six Sigma is an improvement management system many organizations adopt to drive operational excellence. This can be achieved through the successful execution of Six Sigma improvement projects.

If your organization is implementing Six Sigma and needs effective project team members, then this intensive and practical three-day course is ideal. With the aid of Minitab® software, this course will discuss, demonstrate, and guide you to develop the skills to become a Six Sigma Green Belt so you can lead, and initiate improvement projects using the Six Sigma methodology within your functional groups and support Black Belts in cross-functional improvement projects.

Following this course, you will have taken a major step forward in terms of starting to develop the competence required for these other internationally recognized Six Sigma Green Belt certifications, such as ISO 18404, ASQ, and/or IASSC.

    How will I benefit?

This course will help you to:

    • Deliver the agreed benefits of a Six Sigma project to the organization. These improvement activities will often be within the Green Belt’s usual field of employment and operation
    • Work with the local line management to identify and quantify opportunities for improvement within the local environment
    • Work, possibly under the direction of a Black Belt or Master Black Belt, as a member of a larger Six Sigma project led, for example, by a Black Belt
    • Lead a smaller Six Sigma project under the direction of a Black Belt
    • Coach process operators (Yellow Belts) on process improvement methods and activities.

    How will I learn?

Our high-impact accelerated learning approach increases learning by improving knowledge retention and skill application. This activity-based course results in a deeper understanding of the material and a greater impact on job performance. You will be able to work on cases and use your acquired knowledge to solve case problems. At the end of the course, an assessment will be given to gauge your level of understanding and identify and improve areas of weakness.

In addition, our tutors are experienced executives, managers, and subject matter experts on the Six Sigma methodology and process improvement, enabling you to understand and meet your specific industry requirements through best practice sharing.
