The role of the appointed management representative of a company is recognized as one of the important ingredient for a company’s success to the management system. This training will provide a good knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems requirements including the roles and responsibility for the newly- appointed or existing QMR of the company.

This training course will also help:
- To determine the role of the Quality Management Representative in accordance to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 QMS
- To identify common problems in undertaking the role of QMR
- To enhance the skills of delegates as QMR or those preparing to undertake the role
- A better understanding of the contribution that the QMR can make for quality performance improvement
- To create the path or journey for the development and enhancement of the company’s management system
On completion, you will be awarded an internationally recognized BSI Training Academy certificate.
