This course provides you with the fundamental skills to demonstrate some key Six Sigma DMAIC and Lean tools used for continual improvement in organizations and gives you the confidence to apply these in your workplace. This will also help you progress to pursue your Six Sigma Green Belt qualification so you can lead, and initiate improvement projects using the Six Sigma methodology within your functional groups and support Black Belts in cross-functional improvement projects.

The Six Sigma DMAIC approach when combined with Lean methods and tools provides an efficient, simple-to-use, and effective approach to continual improvement.

This interactive and highly practical three-day course will provide first-hand experience of the approaches and some of the key tools of Six Sigma and Lean that are used to affect continual improvement which is a goal for most organizations and a requirement of standards such as ISO 9001:2015.

Also, this course gives you the alignment of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Requirements with the activities and goals of a well-organized Lean Six Sigma program, as well as introduces you to the Six Sigma Green Belt certification requirements under ISO 18404.

Attendance to the following BSI training course:
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training course, or through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process
- There is some pre-course reading required that will be sent to delegates a week before the course
