This course provides you with the intermediate (Leader-level) skills to drive Lean improvements in organizations and gives you the confidence to apply these in your workplace. Lean Leaders apply Lean knowledge in practice by translating Lean project benefits to specific situational environments, identifying issues in real organizations that affect quality, cost, and delivery, and designing improvements. This course shall also prepare you for the ISO 18404 and IASSC certifications at the Lean Leader level, should you desire to pursue such.
Lean is a management philosophy and approach that focuses on customer value creation through the identification and elimination of process wastes in products and services. At its core is the principle that excessive expenditure on resources for any goal other than the creation of value for the end customer is wasteful and therefore should be reduced if not eliminated.
The course aims to equip you with the necessary knowledge, and skills to effectively lead and implement process improvement projects or programs using the Lean principles, methods, and tools. Our Lean Leader course shall cover the intermediate Lean concepts, tools, and techniques for identifying, reducing, or eliminating causes of process irregularities, overburden to employees, and process wastes. By the end of the course, you will have a comprehensive understanding of the different Lean concepts and tools as applied in a project, and implement these in a process to improve operational performance; or utilize these and lead cross-functional Lean projects and programs with the goal of improving overall business performance.

Upon attending this training course, you’ll receive an internationally recognized BSI certificate of attendance,
Upon successfully passing the required exam, you’ll receive an internationally recognized BSI certificate of achievement, and
Upon submitting and gaining BSI approval for your completed Lean (Practitioner-level) project, you’ll receive an internationally recognized BSI certificate of qualification as a:
Certified Lean Leader Professional
Complete a Lean (Leader-level) project vouched by the company representative.
