This program is designed to recognise the influence that suppliers, internal customers and external customers have on improving business results. It will also provide participants with the introductory knowledge, skills and attributes necessary to implement and apply continual improvement processes. The workshop will be delivered in modular format through an action learning approach.

- Understanding the concepts and principles of continual improvement
- Understand factors that increase commitment to Continual Improvement through leadership and teamwork
- Demonstrate how a competitive advantage can be maximised by minimising variation and reducing cost
- Outline a framework to encourage the development of practical action plans to be implemented on returning to the workplace
- Examine how positive internal and external relationships affect improvement results
- Develop set of mindset and skills that support the continual improvement process in the workplace
