The purpose of this course is to provide you with a framework for Internal Auditing training that is based on ISO 19011, Guidelines for quality and or environmental management systems auditing. It is designed to introduce you to the expectations and tools for auditing and to further develop and enhance your skills and knowledge. The modules are designed to assist an internal auditor to function in a professional and effective manner. The generic processes and information provided are able to be used by health and disability service, social services, private providers, organisations, companies etc towards continuous quality improvement.

What will I learn?

The course culminates in the provision and completion of an internal auditing framework. Learners who complete the course are issued a Certificate of Attendance and Participation.
