Process Capability is a statistical technique to determine whether the existing process is able to meet the required specifications. A process capability analysis based on of data taken from a process provides information its inherent ability on meeting customers’ needs for a sustained time.
This 2-day course provides understanding of what process capability is and how it is statistically measured. The course encompasses various ways to measure and evaluate from different perspectives.

Supervisors, team leader, engineers and managers who are involved in the
development and implementation of the Process Capability Analysis as part of
their quality assurance and improvement program.
It is also relevant for officer, executives, and departmental leads in the service
and supply chain industries that need to understand the performance/capability
of existing processes.
There are no formal prerequisites.
To qualify for the HRD Corp Claimable Course, your company must be registered with HRD Corp and comply with the grant requirements. We suggest consulting with your Human Resources team to confirm your eligibility and understand the application process. Once we receive your booking, our team will provide you with the necessary documents.
On completion, you will be awarded an internationally recognized BSI Training Academy certificate.
