- Quantify and report on the GHG emissions of your product(s).
Climate Change Management – Carbon Neutrality (ISO 14068-1:2023)
Learn the key principles and practices of carbon neutrality, following a hierarchy on the pathway to Net Zero outlined by ISO 14068-1. This course will help individuals to:
- Know and understand the key terms, definitions, and process of becoming carbonneutral
- Learn the differences and relationship between carbon neutrality and net zero
- Understand the relationship between carbon neutrality and associated GHG emissions and removals quantification and reporting requirements
- Plan the activities necessary to achieve carbon neutrality status
- Know and identify when carbon offsetting is appropriate and how carbon credits work
- Appreciate the importance of verifying/validating declarations of carbon neutrality
Assessment
Each qualification is assessed by online examinations taken with 30 days of the associated course ending.
