Lean Sigma is an improvement management system, adopted by many organizations to achieve operational excellence. This vision is realized through successful execution of Lean Sigma improvement projects. Project team members are known as ‘yellow belts’, trained to have a good understanding on the Lean Sigma principles and methodology, as well as the use of basic Lean Sigma improvement tools.
This three-day training course will provide you with the skills needed to become a Lean Sigma Yellow Belt, so that you may serve on the improvement project team.
