This nine-day course is aimed at individuals who will perform Green Belts roles, as functional change agents, in non-manufacturing organisations. It will help you understand the Lean and Six Sigma tools and how to implement them within a service environment to successfully deliver projects and improve performance.

What is included?
This training course is HRD Corp claimable programme. Completion of Green Belt Training with a minimum attendance of 80% per phase
To be awarded the Certified Service Lean Sigma Green Belt Certificate, the participant will need to pass the tests at the end of each training phase and to demonstrate the ability to apply the techniques through:
- Completion of Lean Sigma Green Belt Training with a minimum attendance of 90% per phase
- Passing the BSI LSGB Certification Exam with a minimum score of 70%
- Completion of 1 Lean Sigma Green Belt project
- Completion of the final report on the project and reviewed by BSI’s panel of assessors
- Project savings / benefits achieved to be validated and endorsed by finance / senior management of the participant’s organisation, as real gains
- Each Green Belt candidate will be given validity of 6 months from completion of the training, to complete the Lean Sigma project
