This Advanced Product Quality Plan 3rd Edition and Control Plan 1st Edition transition course focuses on the key changes to enable your organization tomake a smooth transition.
This one-day transition course has been developed to highlight the changes from APQP 2nd Edition to 3rd Edition and Control Plan 1st Edition. The course was designed to explain the rationale behind the changes to enable organizations to implement the changes within their organization.
Delegates will benefit by gaining, advancing or update their understanding of
the AIAG APQP 3rd Edition and AIAG Control Plan 1st Edition reference
manuals which update and replace the previous version (AIAG APQP and
Control Plan Manual 2nd Edition).
On completion, successful delegates will be able to advance and enhance /
update their current knowledge and skills regarding the AIAG APQP 3rd Edition

There are no formal prerequisites for this course, however, it is recommended
that you should have the knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and the automotive
core tools (PFMEA, MSA, SPC and PPAP).
