This course instructs internal auditors how to use a systematic approach to assess the conformity and effectiveness of a healthcare organization's quality management system (HQMS) against the requirements of ISO 7101. It explores each requirement of the standard in detail, providing the delegate with examples of types of objective evidence that should be sought, and possible audit questions that can be asked to ascertain conformance with ISO 7101.

The accompanying delegate manual covers internal auditing essential aspects of the HQMS, from leadership commitment and risk management to service delivery and performance evaluation.
