Following the outbreak of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), BSI has considered how we are best able to support and contribute towards the collective efforts in mitigating the potential risks caused by this global health issue amongst the UK business community.
In order to support the health and medical professionals and in line with the UK government priorities, BSI is releasing a further suite of standards to be made publicly available without charge. These standards relate to the manufacture of hygiene products, particularly chemical disinfectants and antiseptics which are clearly in high demand.
We will continue to work in collaboration with the Department of Health, MHRA and UK health industry to identify ways we can continue to support them during this time.
