Today many organisations are facing a newer challenge because of COVID-19 situation. Many of their employees are working from home, which has now become “new normal”, where many of you have no issues and it is business as usual to you. However, there are new challenges in terms of technology which could affect you in these tiring times. Most of your actions for the technology problems you are facing would be more of reactive.
Today the organizations are struggling to stay afloat due to disruptions in the supply chains, leaving millions of workers in all sectors struggling for livelihood and survival. Unexpected changes to orders, travel restrictions and social distancing requirements have also introduced a new dimension to labour risks beyond the health & safety risks.
