Col. Ajay Mathur has a rich diversity of work-experiences ranging from leading soldiers under battle conditions to leading process-controls, heading Human Resources, Procurement And Administration functions in a telecom Swedish MNC. Ajay worked with TeliaSonera (since renamed as 'Telia Company) in three countries for over ten years from 2005 to 2015. Earlier, as a free-lance enterpreneur, Col. Ajay Mathur consulted more than 50 companies in manufacturing as well as services segments.
Col. Ajay Mathur is a Lead Tutor with BSI, conducting Lead Auditor, Lead Implementer, Internal Audit trainings as well as specifically tailored 'in-house trainings' for Corporates. He is also a Lead Auditor and has participated in BSI audits of a number of top multinationals.
