CQI and IRCA Certified ISO 22301:2019 Auditor Conversion

Are you already a CQI and IRCA Certified Lead Auditor (or acceptable alternative) in a management system other than business continuity management?

Do you already have a good knowledge of ISO 22301:2019 requirements, and the key principles of a business continuity management system (BCMS)? If so, this course is ideal for you.

Using a step-by-step approach, you’ll be guided through auditing an organization’s processes in relation to ISO 22301 and, over three days, you’ll gain the knowledge and skills required to undertake and lead a successful BCMS audit.

You’ll acquire the knowledge and skills to plan, conduct, report and follow-up a BCMS audit that establishes conformity and enhances overall organizational performance.

Who should attend?

This course is for anyone who needs to audit an organization’s business continuity management system and has met the prerequisites for attending (see below). If you have not already attended a CQI & IRCA Lead Auditor course, you will find the Lead Auditor course more appropriate.

What will I learn?

On successful completion, you’ll have the knowledge and skills to perform first, second and third party audits of quality management systems against ISO 22301, in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021, as applicable.
