Associate Consultant Program (ACP)

Terms & Conditions

  1. Discount Eligibility:
    • Registered consultants/ACP members participating in the BSI ACP Program can extend a 10% discount on BSI's Public and In-house training courses to their clients.
  2. In-House Training Exclusion:
    • The discount is not applicable to "medical devices" courses for In-house training.
  3. Definitions:
    • Client: The person or firm purchasing the training from BSI.
    • In-House: Training provided by BSI at the consultant's premises for the consultant's clients.
    • Public: Training provided by BSI at a physical location or online accessible to all consultants and their respective clients.
    • Online Booking Process: The booking process available through the specified websites or links. (https://www.bsigroup.com/en-IN/our-services/training-courses/)
  4. Cancellation Policy:
    • The client may cancel Public or In-House Training with 25 calendar days' notice to BSI.
    • Cancellations must be provided in writing to the BSI Business Development Executive.
    • No cancellations or rescheduling within 25 days of the training start date.
  5. Refund Policy:
    • Refunds, if approved by BSI, will be made through the original mode of payment.
    • Refunds will be processed three months after signing if a slot for the chosen training services is unavailable.

T&Cs for Purchasing Standards: -

Discount Eligibility:

  • Consultants participating in the BSI ACP Program can obtain discounts of up to 50% when purchasing standards.

Specific Discounts:

  • 10% discount on ISO Standards.
  • 20% discount on BSI Standards.

Standards Purchase Policy:

  • If a consultant wishes to receive a hardcopy of the standard at their location, there is an additional £10 shipping fee.
  • The hardcopy of the standard is delivered to the end user's address, whether it's the client or the consultant.
  • The turnaround time for processing standard purchase requests is 24 hours.

    Standards Buying Process:

  • ACP Manager/RSM serves as the point of contact for conveying requests from consultants or clients to the "Knowledge Solutions" team. The relevant email addresses are:
  • ACP Manager/RSM will need to email the request directly to Distributor.Sales@bsigroup.com quoting the ACP company name and the discount will be applied directly by the team.
  • You will be invoiced for your purchase under 30-day settlement terms and payment can be made as follows:

General Terms and Conditions:

  • ACP Program benefits are exclusively for registered consultants participating in the BSI ACP Program.
  • Discounts are not transferable and can only be utilized by the registered consultant and their designated team members or clients.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • BSI reserves the right to modify or terminate the ACP Program benefits, including discounts and offerings, with or without prior notice.
  • ACP Program benefits are subject to compliance with BSI's terms of service and training policies.
  • Consultants must adhere to the specified procedures and deadlines for utilizing the discounts on training courses and standards.
