Project teams, consisting of both a leader and team members, are the basic function in the Six Sigma system. If you are going to be a member of a Six Sigma team, then this course is for you.
To be an effective team member you need basic training on Six Sigma problem-solving techniques. This course will equip you with the skills to become a Six Sigma Yellow Belt so you can work with Green and Black belts within your organization to implement Six Sigma to drive business improvement.
MINITABTM software will be the official software used during the training.
