This course will introduce you to the core elements that ensure different management systems follow the same core elements, regardless of management system disciplines.
Previously, multiple management system standards would run with different, unique terminology and structures. That changed in 2012 when the High Level Structure, a set of core elements, was introduced. Thanks to this set of ten universal sections, it is considerably simpler for organizations to combine and integrate different management systems.
The Harmonized Structure replaced the High Level Structure in May 2021. That means that from now on, the Harmonized Structure will be used for drafting new ISO management system standards and future revisions of existing ISO management system standards.
