Six Sigma is a continuous improvement approach for improving overall business performance. It utilizes the tools and techniques of Six Sigma to help organizations identify and reduce process variability, improve productivity and quality, and increase customer satisfaction.

Our Six Sigma Black Belt course shall cover the critical concepts, theories, and, advanced tools and techniques of Six Sigma. After the course, you will be able to apply the methodology, principles, and tools in your own process improvement project, and, communicate the impact and results to project stakeholders. Likewise, you will be able to use the Six Sigma methodology and statistical tools to identify and solve day-to-day business problems without the need to organize and execute a formal project.

Following this course, you will have taken another major professional milestone in achieving other internationally recognized competence for Six Sigma Black Belt certifications, such as ISO 18404, ASQ, IASSC, and/or CSSC.

- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the Six Sigma Black Belt Body of Knowledge, methodology, and statistical tools and techniques
- Identify complex business problems that would require the initiation of a Six Sigma project
- Effectively communicate the business impact and benefits of process improvement projects to your stakeholders
- Lead process improvement projects and implement solutions that will yield business benefits for your organization
- Coach Six Sigma project team members, specifically the Green and Yellow Belts, on the DMAIC approach, process improvement principles, and various statistical tools and techniques
- Utilize and apply the various process improvement and statistical tools and techniques in dealing with day-to-day business problems
Certified Six Sigma Green Belts, process improvement professionals, Quality professionals, managers/officers, engineers, and other professionals who want to advance their process improvement, problem-solving, and project management skills using the Six Sigma principles.
Upon successfully passing the required exam, you’ll receive an internationally recognized BSI certificate of achievement, and upon submitting and gaining BSI approval for your completed project, you’ll receive an internationally recognized BSI certificate of qualification as a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt Professional.
