This interactive and highly practical one-day course will provide first-hand experience of the fundamental approaches and tools of change management that are used to affect continual improvement which is a goal for most organizations and a requirement of standards such as ISO 9001:2015.

Pre-requisites:
You are able to undertake this as a standalone course if you only want to learn about project based change management.
Attendance of BSI's White, Yellow and Foundation Green Belt courses are a prerequisite for attendance to BSI's Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Lean Practitioner courses, which themselves are required for progression to BSI Green Belt or Lean Practitioner certification.
Upon attending this training course, you’ll receive an internationally recognized BSI certificate of attendance, and upon successfully passing its required exam, you’ll receive an internationally recognized BSI certificate of achievement.
This will enable you to pursue your desired BSI Professional Qualification(s), such as Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Lean Practitioner, and/or Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Professional Qualification(s) as this is one of the required related training courses to achieve such Qualification(s).
