    Changes to Non-Executive Directors at BSI

    BSI announces the appointment of Dr Diane Bitzel to the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 1 September 2024.

    2nd September - BSI, the business improvement and standards company, announces the appointment of Dr Diane Bitzel to the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 1 September 2024. This follows her appointment as a Board Adviser on 1 July 2024. BSI further announces that Dr Stephen Page stepped down from his position as a Non-Executive Director on 31 August 2024, having served on the Board since 1 September 2015.

    Since 2021, Diane Bitzel has served as Chief Digital and Information Officer for Vodafone Group plc. Diane has considerable global management experience, particularly in the areas of IT strategy, IT operations, digital transformations and business process management. Diane’s previous role was as Group Chief Information Officer for Intertek plc, the FTSE 100 testing, inspection and certification company and she has served as Chief Information Officer for global life science and food companies including Syngenta AG, Apetito AG and Lonza Group. Prior to those roles, Diane was a senior leader in management consulting for organizations including Capgemini.
