ISO 20121

Events come in all shapes and sizes and ISO 20121, the international sustainable events standard, is designed to help all types of events — from large sporting events, international summits, cultural and music events, to local community and private events — to be more sustainable. 

BS ISO 20121:2012 Event sustainability management systems – Requirements with guidance for use is a practical tool to ensure events make a positive contribution towards economic, social and environmental sustainability.

Sustainable events are becoming more important than ever. As we witness the significant environmental impact of large-scale events at various sports venues, sustainability should come first.
