BSI Organizational Resilience Framework
The enforced and rapid closure of many businesses means that individual livelihoods and incomes can be severely disrupted at short notice with uncertainty and little indication of when a crisis may be over. Organizational strategies, activities and finances need reappraisal and a survival plan created if not already in existence. A key priority in this phase is to keep trading whilst ensuring the safety and welfare of the organizations' employees.
