ISO 45001 Internal Auditor Practitioner qualification includes:

ISO 45001:2018 Requirements (1.5 days classroom – in-person or virtual)
- Understand what an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S MS) is
- Learn why an OH&S MS is important to an organization and its benefits
- Gain an understanding of the background of ISO 45001 and its intended outcome
- Understand the terms and definitions used as well as the key concepts and structure of ISO 45001
- Learn the main requirements of ISO 45001
Management Systems Auditing (2 days classroom – in-person or virtual)
- Understand the roles and responsibilities in planning and conducting a management system audit
- Learn how to set objectives for, plan and perform an audit
- Conduct informal opening and closing meetings
- Gain the ability to confidently prepare and report findings and take corrective action
- Understand the implications of employee behaviour on management systems audits
- Understand audit team leader responsibilities
- Be confident in managing internal and third-party auditors
Each module is followed by a mandatory online multiple-choice examination. Delegates must pass the examination to be awarded the qualification.
