From job creation and skills for the future, through to the impact of technology on our mental health, the rate of digital change presents both opportunities and challenges for the workforce.

She has over 20 years of experience across all sectors, and as the author of the BSI’s Prioritizing People Model© helps us understand the impact digitization has on building workplace trust, engagement and well-being.


Avik Chanda

Avik Chanda, bestselling author, columnist, and business advisor

With two decades of Global Big 4 Consulting experience, Avik’s book From Command To Empathy: Using EQ in the Age of Disruption, featured in Amazon India’s best reads for Business, Strategy and Management. As Founder-Director of NUVAH, a highly innovative, Positive Psychology-driven personality assessment platform, he brings his understanding of the importance of emotional intelligence in the workplace.


Siddhartha Bandyopadhyay

Siddhartha Bandyopadhyay, Professor of Economics, University of Birmingham

As leader of the multidisciplinary Centre for Crime, Justice and Policing, as well as the 21st Century Transnational Crime theme at the Institute for Global Innovation, Siddartha’s work focuses on mental health and the development of an accountability framework for the use of AI. He applies his expertise in analyzing the future of work into policy and practice.
