This course will provide delegates with a framework to validate labelling
requirements and to implement a labelling prerequisite programme; giving
examples of why this is required and providing an understanding of the key GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) certification requirements. This course is particularly valuable for individuals directly involved in setting up the HACCP plans within their organization especially where there are allergens that need to be communicated to consumers.
Through your interactions you will explore different practices and investigate
examples provided allowing you to transfer this knowledge into your organizations operational practises.
