1. Food Safety & Quality (FSQ4.2)(JAS-ANZ accredited)
Practices that must be implemented and maintained to assure continuous food safety and quality requirements are being met on-farm by growers and grower packers. This is an approved base scheme under HARPS.
Mandatory changes for participating businesses:
- The Freshcare Food Safety & Quality Standard – Edition 4.2 (FSQ 4.2) was released to industry on 9 November 2020, to meet the latest market requirements, international standards and to gain recognition against Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) Version 2020.1 benchmark requirements
