BSI developed a procurement strategy and designed a way forward to appoint ABP’s key partners in design and project support.
ABP looked to BSI to produce a detailed set of guidance related to scope drafting. This guidance provides a consistent base for all lead authors and looks at important scope elements: such as capabilities, processes, drafting principles and risk management.
Throughout the project BSI engaged heavily with key ABP stakeholders to understand their specific challenges and objectives. Together, a "preferred route" that incorporated best practice was created, it was anticipated that 90% of work would go though this route.
This framework ensured projects were created with speed, agility, and responsiveness to serve the need for a timely and accurate project.
