Arab Bank is the First Bank in Jordan to Receive ISO 22301 Certification

Arab Bank has been awarded an ISO 22301 Certificate in Business Continuity Management from the British Standards Institution (BSI). The award is certified by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS), and reflects the Bank’s leading position in delivering the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

The internationally-recognized certificate was bestowed on the Bank for demonstrating their ability to continue serving its customers efficiently, even while dealing with incidents and crises. The certificate, which is the most respected in the industry, also highlights Arab Bank’s willingness to confront, minimize, and overcome disruptive situations.
