Dubai Ambulance Services announces the start of the adoption of a quality logo on its vehicle fleet
Dubai Corporation for Ambulances Services (DCAS) represented by Dr. Omer Al Sakaf- Head of Medical & Technical Affairs, Mr Neil Kirby - Operations Director and Ms Amal Al Hammadi – Head of Strategic & Excellence met Sir David Brown - BSI Group Chairman and Mr. Mark Basham - Managing Director EMEA- to unveil the BSI Quality Assurance Mark during a ceremony in Dubai
During the ceremony, the delegation discussed ways of fostering mutual cooperation and emphasised the need to continue on the path of excellence. Mr Kirby briefed BSI delegation on DCAS’s services and innovative initiatives they have undertaken like the Bus Ambulance, the first of its kind in the Middle East designed to provide treatment and surgery services as well as transfer patients with all types of injuries.
Sir David Brown congratulated DCAS on their continuous commitment to quality and extraordinary keenness for innovation, a definite model to be followed by other peers in Healthcare worldwide.
DCAS proudly unveiled the BSI Assurance Mark which will be displayed on Dubai Ambulance vehicles as a token of the commitment to Excellence.
BSI honoured the Dubai Ambulance Services for its taught leadership in the field of quality and excellence and appreciation to be the first Ambulance Organisation in BSI’s 112 years history to display the Quality Assurance Mark.
